You Rock Hyatt Regency Chicago

The Hyatt Regency Chicago exceeded my expectations during a bustling NBA event. The location offered stunning lake views, seamless check-in, and spacious suites. However, the East wing elevator service and room service organization could see improvements. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional.

Great stay with stunning views, comfy room, and tasty dining options. Loved the airy lobby for networking and the quiet workspace. Enjoyed the prime steak and fresh seafood at the on-site chop house. The hotel's central location made exploring the city easy. Bonus for the friendly staff and extra amenities like cold towels. Definitely felt at home here. Perfect spot for relaxing with a cocktail and taking in the city views. An all-around excellent experience.

The hotel was centrally located. Ate at Shula's Steak House, it's at a medium distance from the venue.

Had a quite comfortable stay during our new year. This modern and extremely beautiful hotel was in central location close to several attractions. There was Chi Bar, located nearby, where we relaxed.

The room at Hyatt Regency Chicago was so cozy with amazing city views. The comfy beds and modern tech like Staycast made it feel like a home away from home. I loved the vibes!

The 37-inch flat-screen TV seemed a bit small for a room of that size, but some might not mind.

The place is nicely decorated. The hotel has genuinely helpful staff at the reception desk.- It is centrally located 2 km away from a super-tall skyscraper.

The newly renovated rooms offer great views and the hotel is conveniently situated near the London Guarantee Building.

I chose the Hyatt Regency for its convenient location near Millennium Park, and I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional concierge staff and the seasonal fare at American Craft Kitchen & Bar, offering delicious dishes in a bright and open-air setting.

Front desk staff wasn't polite.

Good value, centrally situated good all-round hotel. Excellent location within walking distance to major attractions in downtown and easy access to shopping centers and a market. Downstairs bar on the premises. The hotel provides excellent value for the money, situated in a convenient central location. Guests can easily access downtown attractions and shopping centers while enjoying the convenience of a downstairs bar on the premises.

The location of this place is amazing, close to Millenium Park, River Walk, Navy Pier, and great restaurants and bars.

I selected this hotel for attending a convention because it offers meeting spaces including ballrooms available for private functions. The staff was accommodating and the meeting rooms were well-equipped, making my work experience smooth and efficient.

The only service I missed for my work was the availability of in-room refrigerators for storing some perishable items during my stay.

The staff at Hyatt Regency Chicago is always available, providing personalized service. The newly remodeled rooms are spacious and come with a decent view. Great value for what you get!
